2022 Pool Rentals
Parties may be booked by Heather Hills Club & GSRC Members ONLY!
All Events must be scheduled a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. Please check the pool calendar (below) for available dates before submitting your rental application! Only one party is allowed to be booked at a time. As soon as your party is approved and payment has been submitted online, it will be added to the pool calendar.
Please note, pool rentals are restricted to Friday, Saturday or Sunday nights. 7:30pm - 10:30pm.

The below fees include rental and staffing fees:
Heather Hills Club Members* (grandfathered):
GSRC Club Members** (non grandfathered):

These are members who are left from the HOA days of the pool. These members paid a significant chunk of money up front to enable discounted pool rentals as long as they are a member. There is very small group of these members left as these memberships stopped being offered years ago. If you are not sure if you fall into this category, please email us at [email protected] to ask BEFORE you select this option.
**GSRC Club Members (non grandfathered)
These are members who did not pay the above-mentioned significant chunk of money up front to enable discounted pool rentals. 90% of our members today fall into this category.
Policies:
Cleaning: When your party is over, please clean the area thoroughly. This includes removing all food, trash, trash bags and party decorations so that the area may be reopened to the membership or for another party.
If another party is scheduled after yours, please be considerate and vacate the area promptly as soon as your reservation time is up. We ask that you begin your clean up before your reservation time is over and vacate the shelter promptly so that everyone can enjoy the full length of their party.
Renter is responsible for all damages and cleaning. This includes money lost due to closure for draining, cleaning and refilling of swimming pool if glass breaks on the pool deck. Failure to clean up thoroughly, including removing trash, may result in a $50.00 cleaning fee. Extra trash bags are available at the guard desk.
Blackout Dates: No private parties will be booked on major holidays or Memorial Day weekend when the pool is usually at or near capacity. Parties on or near dates when other social or holiday events are already scheduled are subject to approval by the pool manager as well as the board.
Cancellation policy: If a party is cancelled or the reservation date and time are changed prior to 72 hours of your reservation, you may receive 100% of your reservation fees. If a party is cancelled or the reservation date and time are changed within 72 hours of the scheduled party time, you will receive all fees paid, less a $25.00 administration charge.
Inclement weather: If severe weather is expected around the time of your party, please contact the pool manager to discuss your options. The pool managers must use their best judgment in these situations. If you are unhappy with a weather related decision made by guards or the pool manager, please contact the board directly to discuss your concerns.
If thunder or lightening occurs during your party and you need to leave, you may change the date of your party with no fees or penalties. If inclement weather causes your guests to miss more than 30 minutes of swimming time (not including break) a partial refund may be offered.
Extending your party time to make up for thunder breaks may also be an option if there are no other parties booked after yours. If lightening occurs, please make sure your guests are aware that the pool deck must be cleared immediately (including the bathrooms).

- 21 - 50 Guests: $385
- 51 - 100 Guests: $570
- 101 - 150 Guests: $755

- 21 - 50 Guests: $460
- 51 - 100 Guests: $645
- 101 - 150 Guests: $830

- NO GLASS containers of any kind (including casserole dishes, mayonnaise & pickle jars, bottles and drinking glasses) will be allowed in the pool area!
- If more guests attend your party than originally anticipated, you will be asked to pay the difference when you leave.
- Private parties may only be booked by members over 21 years of age.
- Members who book private parties must remain at the party at all times.
- Non-swimming parents attending private parties for the sole purpose of supervising children under 12 years of age do not have to be counted as party guests.
- Only one party at a time is allowed. Please check the pool calendar to search for available dates and times.
- For everyone’s comfort and safety, please make sure all guests are familiar with the pool's rules and policies.

- If there are no other parties at the time of your reservation, you may come a little early to set up. A reserved sign will be put out by the guards prior to your party to let members know when the area is reserved.
- Check in with the pool manager upon arrival and let them know you have arrived.
