2022 Pool Parties
Rentals may be booked by Glenridge Pool Members ONLY! All gatherings that include more than 5 guests must be registered here! Thank you!
All Events must be scheduled at least 2 weeks (14 days) in advance. Please allow up to 7 days for processing before receiving confirm that your party is approved. Only one rental is allowed to be booked at a time. Once your application AND payment (if applicable) are received your rental will be booked and you will be contacted by management with a confirmation email. Parties may not be approved dependent on staff and pool availability.
NOTICE: Events for children 12 years of age and older must be held outside of regularly scheduled hours.

Questions or Concerns: Any Questions or Concerns may be directed to the Property Manager in writing.
Cleaning: When your party is over, please clean the area thoroughly. This includes removing all food, trash, trash bags and party decorations so that the area may be reopened to the membership or for another party.
If another party is scheduled after yours, please be considerate and vacate the area promptly as soon as your reservation time is up. We ask that you begin your clean up before your reservation time is over and vacate the shelter promptly so that everyone can enjoy the full length of their party.
Failure to clean up thoroughly, including removing trash, may result in a $50.00 cleaning fee. Extra trash bags are available at the guard desk.
Black out Dates: No private parties will be booked on major holidays or Memorial Day weekend when the pool is usually at or near capacity. Parties on or near dates when other social or holiday events are already scheduled are subject to approval by the pool manager as well as the board.
Cancellation policy: If a party is cancelled or the reservation date and time are changed prior to 72 hours of your reservation, you may receive 100% of your reservation fees. If a party is cancelled or the reservation date and time are changed within 72 hours of the scheduled party time, you will receive all fees paid, less a $25.00 administration charge.
Inclement weather: If severe weather is expected around the time of your party, please contact the pool manager to discuss your options. The pool managers must use their best judgment in these situations. If you are unhappy with a weather related decision made by guards or the pool manager, please contact the Pool Management Company at info@triangleaquatics.com directly to discuss your concerns.
If thunder or lightening occurs during your party and you need to leave, you may change the date of your party with no fees or penalties. If inclement weather causes your guests to miss more than 30 minutes of swimming time (not including break) a partial refund may be offered (if guard labor is saved/not used).
If lightening occurs, please make sure your guests are aware that the pool deck must be cleared immediately (including the bathrooms).

- Monday through Friday between the hours of 10:00am until 3:00pm (event must be over by 3:00 pm).
- Saturday between the hours of 10:00am until 12:00pm (event must be over by 12:00 pm).
- No parties or events on Sundays during regular swim hours.
- Parties of 6 to 15 guests: Free (but must be registered here)
- Parties of 16-24 guests: $30.00 per hour
- Parties of 25 - 50 guests: $60.00 per hour
- Parties of 51 guests or more must be discussed with the Pool and Recreation Committee prior to submitting an online application. Please contact your property manager for more information and to inquire about a large gathering.
- Please note that the lifeguard staff reserves the right to refuse entry to un-registered or under-registered parties that exceed their allotted number of guests. This is a safety issue and we thank you for your understanding.
- All Parties After Hours must be staffed with at least two lifeguards.
- Lighting for after hours events must be provided and is the responsibility of the renter. If the Head Lifeguard determines that there is not enough light to swim safely the party will be cancelled, no monies shall be refunded.
- Parties of 6 to 15 guests: $60.00 per hour
- Parties of 16-24 guests: $90.00 per hour
- Parties of 25 - 50 guests: $120.00 per hour
- In addition to Lifeguard Fees, payment for after hours parties must be sent to CAS Property Management:
- Fees for all events held outside of regularly scheduled hours are paid to Glenridge via CAS Management. Rental fees are:
- $50 non-refundable facility rental fee (due at the time of application)
- $200 refundable security deposit

- All rentals need to be requested more than two weeks in advance.
- Requests must be accompanied by a complete online application AND payment (if applicable).
- Guests counts include both swimmers and non swimmers.
- If the number of guests you are inviting is 16 or over you will need to pay for additional lifeguards. All guests, swimmers and non swimmers must be included in this number. For safety's sake it is EXTREMELY important that you are accurate with your guest count.
Pool Party Rules:
- All Pool Rules and Regulations must be followed while you and your guests are at the Glenridge Pool. Homeowners are responsible for all guests, any violation of the rules or damage by guests will be assessed to the Homeowner.
- Party Area must be cleaned and vacated at the time you are scheduled to end your party. Please remove any food and make sure all trash is thrown away and any spills are cleaned up.
- Appropriate swim wear and attire must be worn at all times.
- No glass containers are allowed.
- Smoking is allowed in the designated smoking area ONLY. Located outside the pool area.
- All guests must conduct themselves properly, anyone acting inappropriately may be asked to leave.
- It is important for the safety of our pool and homeowners that the proper amount of lifeguards be on duty. If it is determined at the time of your party that you exceeded the amount of guests originally stated, the pool manager will attempt to add more lifeguards and all associated costs will be assessed to the homeowner. If lifeguards are not available your party will be asked to leave. It is the responsibility of the renter to hire the additional lifeguards, this is outlined in the Rental Guidelines - failure to comply may result in your party being asked to leave.

- If there are no other parties at the time of your reservation, you may come a little early to set up. A reserved sign will be put out by the guards prior to your party to let members know when the area is reserved.
- Check in with the pool manager upon arrival and let them know you have arrived.
